Term & Condition

• Reservation and Confirmation:All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by K7 Car Rental. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations based on availability or unforeseen circumstances. Confirmation of booking will be provided via email or SMS.
• Rental Period: The rental period begins and ends at the times specified in the booking confirmation. Any extension of the rental period must be requested in advance and is subject to availability and additional charges.
• Driver's License and Age Requirement: Renters must possess a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old. Additional surcharges or restrictions may apply to drivers under 25 years old. A photocopy of the driver's license will be taken at the time of vehicle collection.
• Security Deposit and Payment: A security deposit is required at the time of vehicle collection, which will be refunded upon return of the vehicle in the same condition as it was rented. Payment for the rental, including any additional charges, must be made in advance or upon vehicle collection.
• Vehicle Use and Restrictions: The rented vehicle must be used only for the purposes outlined in the rental agreement and may not be driven by anyone other than the authorized driver(s) listed in the agreement. The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, off-road driving, racing, or towing other vehicles.
• Insurance Coverage:All rental vehicles come with basic insurance coverage. Additional insurance options may be available for purchase, including collision damage waiver (CDW) and theft protection. Renters are responsible for any damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance.
• Cancellation and Refund Policy:Cancellations made within a specified time frame prior to the scheduled rental period may be eligible for a full or partial refund, minus any applicable fees. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the reservation deposit or rental fees.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of K7 Car Rental without prior notice. Renters are advised to review the terms carefully before confirming their booking.
